Chief Executive Officer – Jill Tettmann
Jill Tettmann Jill Tettmann is a seasoned health care leader with significant experience in multiple healthcare environments.  She provides leadership for the LHIN’s responsibilities of the local health system. Jill is a collaborative leader who believes in the power of teamwork and relationship building to foster growth and development. She is recognized for having an open, collaborative and results-oriented approach. She is an active member of the Canadian College of Health Service Executives as a Certified Health Executive (CHE) and holds a Masters of Health Science in Health Administration (MHSc) from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Community Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Vice President, Clinical - Dr. Rebecca Van Iersel 
Rebecca Van Iersel As Vice President, Clinical, for the North Simcoe Muskoka Local Health Integration Network, Rebecca is responsible for developing physician engagement strategies to support the NSM LHIN priorities; advancing quality improvement throughout the health care system; providing medical and/or clinical advice or perspective where required; and, acting as both the NSM LHIN's Primacy Care Physician Lead and HQO's Regional Clinical Quality Lead for NSM. Rebecca is a family physician in Orillia where she worked for 9 years providing comprehensive care including patient care, emergency department work and an active obstetrical practice. She is also the Physician Champion for the Couchiching Community Health Link.

Vice President, Home and Community Care - Karen Taillefer 
Karen Taillefer Karen is a dedicated healthcare leader who believes in the value of Interprofessional care and in continuous improvement and integration. She is recognized for having a collaborative approach as she works with others to make healthcare transitions safer for patients and their families. As Vice President, Home and Community Care Karen provides leadership for the delivery of home and community care which includes strategic leadership to home care service operations including primary care integration, and the delivery of equitable and outcomes based patient care.  She is also accountable for ensuring that patient safety and clinical ethics remain priorities within the operations.

Vice President, System Transformation - Neil Walker 
Neil Walker Neil Walker is a versatile senior leader with a strong background in developing integrated health programs and services within major academic health sciences centres, regional health authorities, community hospitals and ambulatory care centres. In his current role as Vice President, System Transformation, Neil is responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction and oversight for the development, implementation and evaluation of health system strategies and plans, integration and sub-region alignment. As well, his portfolio is responsible for the overall assessment of LHIN health care needs, developing strategic priorities for an integrated system, and translating the strategic priorities into achievable program plans.

Vice President, Quality and Performance - Debbie Roberts 
Debbie Roberts Debbie is a collaborative leader and strategic system thinker with over 20 years of experience in home and community care in North Simcoe Muskoka, nine of them at a senior executive level.  As Vice President, Quality and Performance Debbie provides leadership for organizational performance in the areas of patient service contracts, privacy and information technology and leading accreditation.  Debbie provides strategic and operational leadership, direction and oversight in the areas of quality, risk management, privacy and records management, patient services contracts, information technology, business intelligence and performance reporting at an organizational and system level. This includes leading accreditation for the LHIN organization.

Vice President, Financial Health and Accountability - Jeff Kwan
Jeff Kwan As Vice President, Financial Health and Accountability, Jeff is responsible for strategic leadership, direction and oversight of financial and business planning, financial controllership and management and corporate services.  This includes funding allocations to LHIN-funded health service providers, achievement of requirements in the Ministry-LHIN Accountability Agreement, as well as the development and maintenance of Health Service Provider/Local Health Integration Network/Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care relationships through service accountability agreements and regular monitoring of performance.

Director, People & Organizational Excellence - Denise Balfe
Denise Balfe Denise views human resources as a key strategic partner in achieving success by maximizing the value of the organization’s most valuable resource – its people, and aligning them with organizational values, vision and the needs of all stakeholders. As Director, People and Organizational Excellence Denise provides leadership and direction in all areas of Human Resources including recruitment, labour relations, occupational health and safety, pension and benefit administration, performance management, compensation, organizational development, orientation and education, workplace wellness and scheduling.

Director, Communications - Kathleen Bain 
Kathleen Bain Kathleen joined the NSM LHIN in May 2017 as Director, Communications.  Prior to this role, Kathleen served with the Communications Team for the North East LHIN, as Communications and Marketing Director for the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and Durham College, and as Communications Director for Trent University. Kathleen provides strategic leadership in communications and community engagement to ensure the North Simcoe Muskoka LHIN identifies and responds to community needs and works respectfully with our local residents, patients, family members, health services providers, and other partners.
