The North Simcoe Muskoka LHIN newsletter "Connecting for Care" includes updates on the Care Connections - Partnering for Healthy Communities implementation, LHIN Leadership Councils, and other initiatives the LHIN and our Health Service Providers are undertaking.  As well, updates to the LHIN website occur regularly and we encourage you to check the website for those items that may not appear in a past or future newsletter.
